Is being Christian all rainbows and sunshine all the time?

Loving without expecting anything in return can be ‪‎painful‬ sometimes. 

When someone disrespects, lies, hurts, and mocks you, just saying, "I ‪love‬ you" is what ‪Yeshua‬ has done for all of us. 

"But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are ‪‎blessed‬. "Do not ‪fear‬ their threats; do not be frightened."" 1 Peter 3:14 

"Blessed are the ‪‎poor‬ in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 5:3 

"Hear the word of the LORD, you who tremble at his word: "Your own people who ‪‎hate‬ you, and exclude you because of my name, have said, 'Let the LORD be glorified, that we may see your ‪joy‬!' Yet they will be put to ‪shame‬." Isaiah 66:5
